Summary:

• Maintains an organized, rolling list of action items, including owners, status, constraints, and required support.

• Meets regularly with team members to gather status updates, identify issues, and help drive timely resolution.

• Uses Siemens Teamcenter to identify ECO owners and task routing for engineering change orders.

• Engages directly with responsible individuals to prioritize reviews, remove barriers, and ensure actions progress toward approval.

• Provides daily status updates and summary reports to stakeholders.

• Documents constraints, communicates them to management, and supports follow-through on resolution.

• Performs additional related tasks following the structured approach of engage, identify constraints, document, escalate, and assist with resolution.

• Tracks, manages, and facilitates the completion of technical action items primarily associated with engineering change orders (ECOs).

• Manages concurrent tasks and prioritizes activities for complex or high-volume workloads.

• Collaborates with team members whose priorities may compete to drive timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 4 6 years of relevant experience in coordination, project support, or a related field.

• Familiarity with ECO processes and product data management (PDM) tools is preferred.

• Ability to apply judgment to plan, prioritize, and execute a wide range of tasks.

• Ability to learn and reliably operate Siemens Teamcenter.

• Experience maintaining organized action item lists with owners, status, and constraints.

• Experience gathering status updates and identifying issues from team members.

• Experience providing daily status updates and summary reports to stakeholders.

• Experience documenting constraints and communicating them to management for resolution.
