Expand your expertise as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic medical/telemetry setting. This role puts you at the forefront of innovative patient care within a 32-bed unit, fostering growth as you collaborate with seasoned professionals and adapt to varying patient ratios. Working here provides exposure to advanced protocols-including Level 1 Trauma and Burn care, and participation in a Primary Stroke Center-elevating your clinical skills and preparing you for leadership roles in diverse healthcare environments. Gain invaluable experience with EPIC EMR and specialized equipment, building a resume that reflects both adaptability and comprehensive knowledge.


Schedule/Hours

• Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Flexible guaranteed weekly hours: 36 or 48 (must be specified upon application)
• Rotational weekend shifts
• 13-week assignment

Qualifications

• Current RN license (eligible or licensed in Missouri)
• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry nursing in inpatient care
• BLS certification (AHA required); NIHSS required before assignment begins
• Experience with drug titration
• Comfortable floating to other units as needed
• Black scrubs required

Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care-assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation across all age groups
• Monitor and coordinate patient care activities, collaborating with ancillary departments
• Maintain professional accountability, patient rights, and confidentiality
• Assist with safe patient mobility and post-trauma, surgical, or complex medical comorbidities
• Adapt to evolving shift schedules and unit needs, upholding the highest safety and service standards
