Special Education Teacher (SPED) | Up to $59/hr | Sanger, CA

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | School-Based | Weekly Pay

Covelo Group is hiring a Special Education Teacher (SPED) for a full-time school-based position in Sanger, CA. This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work directly with students who need individualized academic, behavioral, and developmental support.

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized instruction based on individual student needs

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Adapt lessons and instructional materials for students with different learning needs

• Track student progress and maintain required documentation

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals and educational planning

• Support students with academic, behavioral, social, and functional goals

• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff

• Maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

• Appropriate California Education Specialist Teaching Credential for the assignment

• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, accommodations, and progress monitoring

• Strong classroom management, communication, and documentation skills

• School-based Special Education teaching experience preferred
