Requirements 10+ years of project or program management experience. Experience leading PMO operations and complex business transformation projects. Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. PMP certification preferred.
