- Influence Direction : Help shape product plans, service strategies, and tools.
- Tell the Story : Build clear, compelling presentations that explain your design thinking.

What We're Looking For
- You're a great listener and can connect the dots others might miss.
- You've got 10+ years of experience in design research, service design, or systems thinking.
- You're comfortable starting from scratch and figuring things out as you go.
- You can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to work on the details.
- You're just as happy talking to customers or staff as you are designing in Figma.
- You're a strong communicator and can bring different teams together around a shared vision.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the automotive world or other complex service industries.
