Director of Product Design

Leading design initiatives across the Demand Partnerships and Demand Gen pillar, the full-time remote Director of Product Design will set the vision, mentor teams, and drive strategy to deliver impactful, user-centered experiences at scale. Key responsibilities Lead and scale Product Design across multiple teams and designers Define and drive a clear vision that guides product and experience decisions Mentor and develop the skills and careers of designers on the team Required qualifications 10+ years of experience managing product designers, including senior-level talent Proven track record of driving product vision and strategy in complex environments Experience building and scaling high-performing design teams and inclusive cultures Deep commitment to user-centered design with strong partnerships in Research and Data Experience leading product design for growth and demand-generation experiences
