Job Description
Provide compassionate personal care and daily living support to a mixed client population in private residences. Reporting to a registered nurse, the Personal Care Aide (PCA) assists clients with essential routines, promotes safety and independence, and maintains accurate care documentation.

Responsibilities
Prepare meals according to client needs and care instructions.
Provide medication reminders as directed.
Assist clients with mobility and safe movement.
Support personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
Offer companionship and compassionate communication.
Assist with household tasks related to client care.
Complete daily activity logs and electronic visit records.
Prepare incident reports and other supervisor-directed documentation.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
State-approved Personal Care Aide certification.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of experience in personal care assistance.
Experience supporting activities of daily living.
Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling.
Experience with care documentation.
Compassionate communication skills.
Reliability in private-residence care settings.
