Job Description Responsibilities Providea safe and loving environment for the children while also meeting their basic and educational needs Implement weekly lesson plans Track students' developmental progress Ensure that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning Establish relationships with each family to ensure that their child's needs are met Ideal Candidate Meet annual professional development requirements, per state regulations Ability to pass a background check Caring individual who enjoys teaching young children Great customer service skills to communicate effectively with parents Maintain good time and attendance Classroom management experience Our employees must love working with children, have a passion for teaching, and work well with parents and other staff members. Professionalism is very important. Requirements 18+ years old High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, or other education field, or CDA highly preferred. 2+ years of experience working with children required Maintain good time and attendance Classroom management experience Professional conduct and good work ethic is what we’re looking for!
