Location: Condominium Community
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Support Technician to assist with the upkeep and general maintenance of a residential condominium community during evening hours. This role is important in ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of common areas and building facilities
• Handle basic maintenance and repair tasks (light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Respond to maintenance requests from management and residents during shift hours
• Ensure hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and exterior areas are clean and presentable
• Assist with trash removal and overall cleanliness of the property
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to management
• Support preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Provide courteous and professional interaction with residents at all times

Requirements:

• Clean background required
• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
• Attentive, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working around and assisting residents in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently during evening hours
• Basic knowledge of general repairs and building maintenance
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed
• Reliable and punctual

Work Environment:
Residential condominium setting with direct interaction with residents. Evening shift requiring professionalism, attentiveness, and a customer-service mindset.
