The Allure Group is a consortiumof six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializingin post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

Ensure all residentsare comfortable
Assist residents withactivities of daily living (food service, personal care, bowel and bladderfunctions, etc.)
Measure and recordvitals routinely
Observe and report thewell-being of residents
Provide assistancewith Range of Motion exercises and ambulation
Establish healthycommunication with nursing personnel and other department personnel
Perform restorativeand rehabilitative procedures as instructed
Assist with thelifting, moving, positioning, and transporting of residents
Check, review, andabide by resident care plans
Follow workassignments and schedules in completing tasks
Create and maintain anatmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity
Remain prepared to doany services and assignments within the scope of practice of a CNA

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements

High school diploma or its equivalent
Valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant license
Exceptional communication, customer service, andinterpersonal skills
COVID-19 Vaccination

Preferred

Previous experience inlong-term care
Previous experiencewith Point Click Care
