Confident and Experienced Family Assistant Needed
White House Nannies Inc.
Are you an experienced nanny/family assistant looking for a long-term job? This is a wonderful opportunity to grow with an active family in beautiful NW DC. The ideal candidate will be working with 7‑ and 10‑year‑old boys and will embrace their role as a partner to the parents in helping raise children who are independent, responsible, and respectful. If you excel at building strong connections with school‑age children who love pushing boundaries, and you bring a calm but confident demeanor that helps co‑regulate emotions, you will find this role extremely rewarding. Key Responsibilities Keep the kids’ area tidy and organized. Prepare meals for the children. Run errands as needed. Drive the children— a nanny car will be provided. Supervise and engage children in swimming activities; must be comfortable swimming. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional nanny or family assistant experience. Legal to work in the United States. Comfortable working with a dog. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience working with school‑age children. Experience working with children with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Licensed driver with a clean driving record and a vehicle. Must be Covid‑vaccinated and boosted if eligible.
