Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative based in Mesa or Tucson, AZ. The individual will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, guide customers through the purchasing process, and maintain professional relationships. Duties include responding to calls and emails, processing orders, managing customer accounts, and supporting sales initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively while identifying opportunities to promote products and services. This role will be for Mesa or Tucson manufacturing facility. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including active listening and problem resolution Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Sales and upselling experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Proficiency in using Order Management systems and basic computer applications Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in sales, customer service, or related fields are a plus Knowledge or experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is advantageous Responsible for quoting and processing orders received by telephone, email, mail, fax, or personally from customers or company employees Provide support for outside sales in servicing accounts with excellent customer service, open communications, attention to detail and timeliness #J-18808-Ljbffr Arizona Corrugated Container
