Role Description

Swift Clean Handyman is growing and hiring dependable, detail‑oriented Residential Cleaners to help keep our clients’ homes sparkling. Full-time and part-time roles are available with flexible scheduling and quick starts.

• Perform high-quality standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential clients.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms; dust, vacuum, mop, and tidy.
• Follow company checklists to ensure consistent results and great client experiences.
• Use our mobile app to view schedules, job notes, and communicate with the team.
• Report supply needs, damages, or maintenance issues when observed.
• Uphold safety and hygiene best practices at every job site.

Qualifications

• Residential or commercial cleaning experience is a plus; we also welcome fast learners.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for several hours.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Smartphone for schedules and job notes.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Willingness to complete a background check.
• Weekday availability; occasional Saturdays are a plus.
