Associate Operations Director

In this role you will directly report to the Market President and play an important part in delivering high-quality clinical support to our patients. Job Functions The Associate Operations Director helps develop and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies, and procedures for the facility. Works closely with the Clinic Manager and dyad partner. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s). Leads multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates. Use your skills to make an impact. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health Administration, or another related field. Or, in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of Healthcare Administration/Leadership experience, with a minimum of 2 years valued base‑setting experience. 2+ years of progressive supervisory experience in providing oversight for multiple physician practices or healthcare clinics. 4+ years of management experience. Profit and loss (P & L) management experience. Efficient in Microsoft software including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experienced with electronic medical records. Required to travel to Louisiana and Mississippi; local travel is required (mileage reimbursed). Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English / Spanish HEDIS knowledge Project management skills / training Experience with medical coding Master’s Degree Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 hours per week. Pay Range $104,000 - $143,000 per year. This range may vary based on location, experience, education and certifications. The position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
