Our spectrum of home‑based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. The team approach strives to address practical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of care, aiming to maximize quality of life for patients, caregivers and families. We are currently seeking a full‑time Hospice Aide to provide personal care services to our hospice patients. By the Bay Health follows all California Department of Public Health vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel and requires a valid Home‑Health Aide (HHA) license. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist patient in bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair as needed Assist patient in and out of bed and with ambulation Turn patient in bed, position for comfort, and change bed linen Assist with prescribed exercises as directed Education & Experience Completion of an approved Home Health Aide training program Experience in hospice or home health preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Completion of an approved Home Health Aide (HHA) training program.
