POSITION SUMMARY:

The AML Compliance Manager is responsible for the administration, oversight, and continuous enhancement of Circa Hospitality Group's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance program. This position serves as a key member of the Compliance Department and works closely with casino operations, cage, surveillance, finance, audit, security, and executive leadership to identify, investigate, monitor, and report suspicious activity while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and gaming regulatory requirements. The AML Compliance Manager leads risk assessment activities, regulatory reporting, employee training initiatives, and internal compliance monitoring programs across all Circa Hospitality Group properties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

AML Program Administration Manage and maintain the Company's AML/BSA compliance program and supporting policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with FinCEN requirements, the Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31 regulations, Nevada gaming regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements. Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend enhancements to controls based on identified risks and regulatory developments. Review and update AML policies and procedures to maintain alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices. Investigations and Regulatory Reporting Direct investigations involving unusual, suspicious, or potentially illegal financial activity. Review patron activity reports, transaction monitoring alerts, due diligence reviews, and negative news findings. Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and other required regulatory filings accurately and within prescribed timeframes. Coordinate enhanced due diligence reviews and risk-based investigations involving high-risk patrons and transactions. Maintain supporting documentation and investigative records in accordance with regulatory retention requirements. Regulatory Compliance Oversight Monitor compliance with Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), Multiple Transaction Logs (MTL), Monetary Instrument Logs (MIL), OFAC requirements, Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and related recordkeeping obligations. Review internal controls and operational processes to ensure ongoing compliance with AML regulations. Identify control deficiencies and develop corrective action plans with operational departments. Provide guidance regarding regulatory changes and emerging financial crime risks. Audits and Examinations Serve as primary liaison during regulatory examinations, independent AML audits, and compliance reviews. Coordinate audit requests and facilitate communication with regulators, auditors, and gaming authorities. Track findings, recommendations, and remediation efforts resulting from audits and examinations. Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions and ongoing compliance improvements. Leadership and Collaboration Supervise AML auditors, analysts, and other compliance personnel. Establish departmental goals, workload priorities, and performance expectations. Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Collaborate with Surveillance, Security, Cage Operations, Casino Marketing, Finance, Internal Audit, and Executive Leadership on compliance matters. Present compliance findings, trends, and risk assessments to management and compliance committees.
