Project Manager (Structural Steel)

Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager for thier growing steel fabrication & erection business. This opportunity is is ideally located in a beautiful areas of the country along the South Carolina coast, just north of Savannah GA. They are offering $7,500 in relocation assistance, 75% employer paid benefit plans & a competitive salary based on experience. The Project Manager will be respondible forleading structural steel projects from pre-construction through final punch list completion. This role manages internal teams and subcontractors, maintains client relationships, and drives project schedules, safety & budget performance. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Interested Candidates should contact Lee Douglas @ View phone number on click.appcast.io or email a current resume to View email address on click.appcast.io This job will have the following responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial structural steel projects from pre-construcƟon through completion Lead project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues quickly Collaborate with fabrication and field crews to maintain project schedules Ensure jobsite safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance Communicate proactively with clients, architects, and general contractors Manage project budgets, scheduling, and change orders Use Procore, Bluebeam, and project tracking tools effectively Enforce AISC standards Oversee subcontractor coordination and performance Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors Degree Preferred 3+ years of construction project management experience (structural steel fabrication and erectrion preferred) Strong knowledge of AISC standards Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and problem solving Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and erection plans Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, and construction-related software #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group, INC.
