Qualifications & Experience

• Current, active Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience working as an OT in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of school-based evaluations and IEP documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt interventions to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite occupational therapy services for students at multiple schools
• Conduct and document comprehensive evaluations (elementary, middle, high school, and overflow as needed)
• Develop individualized treatment plans that support students’ physical, sensory, and functional skills
• Participate in assessment and planning meetings with multidisciplinary education teams
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
