Seeking BE/BC Vascular Surgeon to join team in northern NY.

• Join a well-organized office shared with general surgery physicians
• Serving one hospital
• Office conveniently connected to the hospital campus
• Catchment population: 250,000
• Large network of providers offers a strong referral base
• Serving the military men and women from nearby Fort Drum, home to the 10th Mountain Army Division
• Operating Rooms were newly constructed in 2010
• Vascular Lab Suite with specialty trained support staff
• Teaching opportunities are extended with accredited ACGME/AOA family medicine and internal medicine residency training programs

• Demographics of the Watertown area, along with a relatively untapped market of Northern New York State, make this a solid opportunity to build a busy and well-sustained vascular surgery service line

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary $551,739; with additional WRVU productivity model (52 per RVU)
• Signing bonus: $100,000
• Education Loan repayment: $20,000 each year
• Relocation reimbursement: $15,000
• 4-year contract with stable base
