Position Title: Die Designer Wage: Competitive Pay + Excellent Benefits We’re partnering with a well-established precision manufacturing organization seeking a Die Designer to join their tooling and engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a Tool & Die background who enjoys designing progressive stamping dies, improving manufacturing processes, and collaborating closely with engineering and production teams. Die Designer Responsibilities: Design metal stamping dies, tools, fixtures, gauges, and assembly equipment Create end-strip layouts for quoting, estimating, and die development Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop efficient metal forming processes Utilize forming analysis software to optimize die performance and manufacturability Lead design reviews and provide solutions to tooling and process challenges Support toolmakers in the machining and development of complex die components Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve overall tooling efficiency Requirements for Die Designer: Tool & Die Maker Journeyman Card 2+ years of die design experience Experience designing metal stamping dies and related tooling Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications Strong mathematical aptitude and computer proficiency Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
