Training Coordinator

TruStile Doors LLC is seeking a Training Coordinator to support skill development and safety in our manufacturing environment. This role designs, schedules, and administers training programs for production and support staff, focusing on standard operating procedures, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, tracking certifications, maintaining training records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Training Coordinator partners closely with operations leaders and subject-matter experts to ensure employees have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to produce high-quality, custom door products.
