Responsibilities include: Interior and exterior window cleaning Safely setting up, climbing, and working from ladders Transporting and handling ladders and equipment Maintaining a safe and organized job site Delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service Working efficiently to meet production goals Following company safety policies and procedures at all times What We're Looking For Successful candidates are: Reliable and punctual Hard-working and physically capable Comfortable working outdoors year-round Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Detail-oriented and quality-focused Team players with a positive attitude Coachable and willing to learn Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver ladders and equipment Comfortable working in various weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred Window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required Work Schedule We offer full-time schedules including: Tuesday–Saturday Wednesday–Sunday Sunday–Thursday Weekend availability is required.
