- Top pay: $29.00 per hour working with an elite private fleet. Weekend shifts add 5% per hour in bonus pay! Night shifts starting at 1 p.m. or later add an additional 2% per hour in bonus pay (7% total on weekends $31.00)!

- Day Shift: 5:45am-2:15pm, 6:45am-3:15pm, or 7:45am-4:15pm
- Night Shift: 1:45pm-10:15pm, 2:45pm-11:15pm, 3:45pm-12:15am, or 5:45pm-2am
- Overnight shift: 11:45pm-8:15am
- Wednesday-Sunday
- Thursday-Monday
- Friday-Tuesday
- Saturday-Wednesday
- Safely drive and test vehicles 4-8 hours per day.
- Operate in-vehicle software and data systems during test missions.
- Collect and record detailed feedback for engineering and safety teams.
- Complete accurate, professional reports at the end of each shift (must type 45+ WPM ).
- Perform basic vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and operational readiness tasks.
- Support vehicle movement, logistics, and documentation for daily fleet operations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safety compliance at all times.
- Minimum 36 months of safe driving experience (no tickets or violations).
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) - you will be tested!
- Solid computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and calm decision-making under pressure.
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience a plus.
- Military experience a strong plus.
- Must have a clean driving record and no criminal history.
