We love what we do, work well together, and have strong systems in place for attracting and retaining happy clients. This is a part-time, on-site Licensed Massage Therapist role. Our ideal candidate is kind, honest, friendly, reliable, attentive, and skilled at delivering an exceptional client experience. You feel energized by your work and appreciate being able to focus on giving great massages in a well-run practice. You are open to coaching to learn and implement our best practices. You aren’t interested in starting your own practice in the future. You see the value in having someone else run the business side of things. We're open to your specialty or passion you bring to the team and will happily promote your areas of expertise. We provide all supplies, equipment, scheduling, and check in / check out. The dress code is a neat and clean, business casual appearance. Scrubs ok. If you perform best in an action-packed, fast-paced environment, then this is not the place for you. We pride ourselves in providing a very soothing, relaxing environment that does not feel rushed. Pay and hours: $40-50/hour plus tips Choose your shifts to design your perfect work schedule. Work as little as 6 hours a week up to 24 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours if desired. Available shifts to choose from to start: Monday 9am - 3pm, Wednesday 9am - 3pm and Thursday 9am - 3pm. Evening / weekend shifts may also be available. Qualifications: Current NC Massage Therapy & Bodywork License (required) Current massage liability insurance (required) Skills: Preferred at least 2 years of work experience as a professional massage therapist.
