HR Generalist

HR Generalist – Onsite, Hesston, KS, USA Come build something that matters. Join our team of professionals worldwide; we’re looking for an on-site HR Generalist to support the local team. Responsibilities Provide full range of day‑to‑day HR support to the local team including onboarding/offboarding, engagement, development, timekeeping, safety initiatives, and more. Recruit hourly employees through multiple methods; screen candidates and coordinate scheduling. Partner with the HR team, employees, supervisors, and managers to resolve employee relations issues, including investigations. Advise on performance and disciplinary matters and help improve employee outcomes. Promote HR programs to create an efficient, conflict‑free workplace. Implement and monitor adherence to organization‑specific HR policies, procedures and practices, acting as liaison on policies. Drive employee engagement through effective communication, events, and activities. Develop strong relationships with the community to maintain good corporate citizenship. Support timekeeping and payroll activities for salaried and hourly workforce. Prepare reports and metrics to measure HR effectiveness. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or distribution/logistics environment. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law. Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment.
