Pay: $48,000 – $55,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Realistic First-Year OTE: $75,000 – $90,000

About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven, early-career Outside Sales Representative to win new restaurant and commercial kitchen accounts across Brevard County.

In this role, you'll spend your days in the field walking into restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, and senior-living kitchens, connecting directly with the people who run them, and securing weekly service contracts that clients retain for years.

This is a 100% new-business hunting role . Account maintenance and routine servicing are handled by dedicated field technicians, your primary mission is driving growth and adding new accounts to the local roster.

Key Responsibilities

In-Person Prospecting & Field Operations

• Perform 25–40 cold kitchen visits daily, primarily scheduled between the lunch and dinner rushes.
• Connect directly with key decision-makers (Owners, General Managers, Executive Chefs, Facilities Directors) to evaluate equipment and offer on-the-spot service trials.
• Serve as the trusted local face of the brand across Brevard County.
• Strategically plan and execute daily field routes while prioritizing a weekly top-10 target list.

Closing & Contract Management

• Coordinate and run free service demonstrations alongside field technicians to prove value and lock in weekly schedules.
• Attach deep-cleaning add-on services to initial deals and consistently leverage satisfied clients for local referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold walk-in to signed agreement.

Pipeline Tracking & Reporting

• Utilize a mobile CRM to track leads, update pipelines, and record customer interactions in real time from the field.
• Participate in brief bi-weekly sales updates directly with executive leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Success Target: 5 active, recurring accounts signed per month post-ramp (1 account/week).
• Ramp Period: Months 1–3 target is 2 new accounts per month while you learn the market and process.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–4 years of cold B2B field sales/door-knocking experience (e.g., uniform rentals, payment processing, foodservice/beverage distribution, pest control, local ad sales), OR a strong background managing back-of-house/front-of-house kitchen operations looking to transition into a daytime sales role with strong upside potential.
• Competitive Drive: Driven early-career professionals or recent graduates with a track record of achievement (sports, sales internships, working through school) thrive in this environment.
• Hands-On Mindset: Comfortable navigating commercial kitchen environments, inspecting equipment, and speaking fluently with kitchen staff and owners.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile CRMs and sales tracking tools on a mobile device.
• Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle (Required).
• Ability to travel locally throughout Brevard County daily (Required).
• Must reside in or near Brevard County, FL.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $48,000 – $55,000 / year (Paid bi-weekly).
• Uncapped Commission:
• Earn 100% of the first month's recurring billing per new account (paid out across milestones up to Day 90). Typical account payouts range from $800 to $1,200
• Earn 10% on all specialized cleanings sold.
