Human Resources Generalist

In this role, you'll be a trusted resource for employees and leadership, supporting a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and HR initiatives. Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. Support employee relations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Assist with HR compliance, reporting, and labor relations. Coordinate performance reviews, job descriptions, and compensation administration. Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture. Support HR process improvements, special projects, and business growth initiatives. Requirements: 5+ years of Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity. Experience in a union environment is a plus. Bachelor's degree and HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or PHRca) are preferred.
