If you1re outgoing, love music, are reliable, and a strong communicator, this is the perfect part-time position for you! Promotions: Coordinate and execute all aspects of station promotions, events, and appearances as assigned, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and teardown. Safely and professionally set up and dismantle event infrastructure, including tents, tables, banners, sound equipment, and promotional displays. Represent the radio station brand(s) at community events, concerts, festivals, and business locations, serving as the station1s face to the public. Proactively engage withevent attendees to promote station content,contests, and digital platforms (e.g., social media, mobile apps, streaming). Encourage listenersign-ups,appdownloads,andsocialfollowsina friendlyand energetic manner. Safelydrive andoperatestationvehicles toandfromevent locations, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and maintained. Professionally interact with clients, sponsors, and partners during events to ensure a positive brand experience and reinforce relationships. Build strong, positive relationships within the community to boost station visibility,increaseaudienceengagement, andestablish valuablepromotional partnerships. Collaborate closely with the Programming and Promotions teams to align marketing efforts withbrandobjectives andaudienceengagement strategies. Operate and troubleshoot audio, video, and promotional equipment during on-site activations and live broadcasts. Capture high-quality content (photos, videos, audio, social media posts) during events for use in station and client promotions. Writeprofessional, timely recapreportsafter eachevent orappearance, summarizing keyoutcomes, attendance, brandengagement, andmedia collected. Creatively support and implement promotional strategies that the Promotions and Programming Directors developed to engage target audiences. Maintain a consistent and energetic on-site presence that always reflects the brand voice and values. Ensure all duties and assignments are completed promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. Take initiative in problem-solving and supporting fellow team members on-site. Work cooperatively with other team members, sharing responsibilities and assisting with logistics to ensure smooth execution. Adhere to all company policies and uphold station standards in conduct, presentation, and communication. Requirements: Mustpossessavaliddriver'slicenseandmaintainacleandrivingrecord. Mustcompleteandpassadrivingrecordandbackgroundcheck. Mustbeavailable toworkaflexibleschedule,includingeveningsandweekends. Must adhere toallcompany policies andprocedures asoutlined intheEmployee Handbook,maintainingconfidentialityofallstationandcompany-related information. Mustactively maintainprofessional knowledge, skills,andcompetencies by taking personal responsibility for ongoing developmentand training. Must learn andeffectively use internal systems {trainingprovided), including lnterTechOneCMS,Audience,vPromotion,TextGroove,Loomly,andvarious social media platforms. Must maintain acleanandprofessionalappearance thatreflectsthestation's brand image (station attire may be provided and required). Toensure stationcompliance andlicense protection, youmust staycurrent with FCC regulations and other applicable laws. Mustregularlyattendstaffmeetings.
