Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, patient care technicians, dietitians, social workers, and physicians. Providing specialized, complex care for patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring tailored treatment plans. Managing a diverse group of patients with varying levels of acuity, supporting patient observations and high-quality care delivery.
