Location: Plano, TX 75074
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced  Lead Support / Line Leader to oversee daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting efficient production processes. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing experience, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines.
• Train, mentor, and support new and existing employees.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and resolve production issues promptly.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including 5S/6S compliance.
• Manage schedules and workload distribution to ensure adequate production coverage.
• Maintain production records, inventory documentation, and reports in accordance with ISO standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and manufacturing operations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility.
• Fast-paced production environment.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and supervising production activities throughout the shift.
