$75,000-$85,000 Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a key HR presence at the plant and support a workforce of 120+ employees. Responsibilities Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding Employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution Leave management and HR compliance Assist with payroll and timecard review Support employee engagement and performance management Qualifications Manufacturing HR experience required Strong employee relations and recruiting background Experience with leave administration HRIS experience; ADP is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Why Apply?
