Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the care and development of infants in a safe, engaging environment.
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive and social development.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursery staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies for health and safety.
• Conduct regular assessments of infants developmental milestones and share findings with parents.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
• Manage daily operations of the nursery, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in early childhood education or infant care.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
• EQUIT certified
• Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
• Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
