Sr Mortgage Advisor - Vancouver/Portland

Pay Range Target Pay Range: $54,800.00 - $66,800.00 annually. Full Pay Range: $45,032.00 - $79,100.00 annually. Build and maintain strong relationships: Serve as the first point of contact for mortgage products and services, deepening ties with agents, builders, and other professionals. Generate new mortgage relationships: Prospect and generate leads to drive BECU’s growth. Contribute to individual and team goals: Coach and develop referral generation, and enhance the member experience. Represent BECU in the community: Actively participate in community organizations and events to generate new mortgage business and educate others about BECU’s mortgage products and services. Serve as an escalation point: Act as the direct point of contact for member issues and concerns, demonstrating the value and support BECU offers. Moderate travel required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education related experience. Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience, self‑generating mortgage volume of $12 million or greater annually. Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, which requires annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). Desired Qualifications Expert relationship management, problem resolution, and customer service skills. Strong sales, prospecting, and follow-up skills. Proficient math skills with a high degree of accuracy, including the ability to perform complex income analysis.
