Global Director, Sales and Operations Planning/Supply Chain

Overview Pailin Group Executive Search/PailinGroup.com Requisition ID: 33994 Responsibilities Responsible for leading supply/demand teams as well as sales and operations planning process for entire global business Collaborate with process partners across sales, merchandising, finance, marketing and sourcing to determine strategy and process for supply planning, product fulfillment, and inventory management. Execute strategic direction and tactical plans for production planning, deployment, demand planning, and sales and operation planning Lead Continuous Improvement and process standardization initiatives Work closely with manufacturing, sourcing and customer fulfillment organizations to align on necessary actions to balance customer service metrics, cost targets, and inventory levels.
