As our business continues to grow rapidly, we're looking for a Senior Sales & Customer Experience Specialist who wants more than just a job. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, take ownership, and build a long-term career.

What You'll Do

• Educate customers on premium baby gear, furniture, and registry options
• Build relationships and become a trusted resource for expecting and new parents
• Follow up with customers after store visits, demonstrations, and appointments
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in-store and over the phone/email
• Help customers make informed decisions—not push products
• Work closely with ownership on improving sales processes and customer engagement
• Support store events, registry appointments, and special projects
• Contribute ideas that help us continue growing and improving

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience with a strong customer-service mindset
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone who enjoys educating rather than hard selling
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable following up with customers and managing multiple opportunities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Retail, luxury retail, furniture, design, hospitality, or consultative sales experience is a plus
