PharmPro Staffing, Inc. — a leader in pharmacy staffing and recruiting support services nationwide — is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for Pharmacy Technicians to join our pharmacy partner’s team onsite in Brentwood, Tennessee!

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
Daytime hours — no weekends or holidays
Training available for qualified candidates
Contract-to-hire opportunity lasting 5+ months, with the potential to transition to permanent employment with our pharmacy partner

Key Responsibilities

Prior Authorizations & Appeals: Manage administrative workflows supporting prior authorization requests and appeals.
Pharmacy Claims Processing: Navigate pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) systems to enter, troubleshoot, and resolve pharmacy claim overrides.
Outbound Communications: Communicate with prescribers, pharmacies, and members to gather information and support case resolution.
Customer & Pharmacy Support: Help address questions and resolve issues involving pharmacy claims, patient information, and authorization processes.
