As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH at the Kenwood at Hosbrook Branch. Job Description

The Relationship Banker Business Specialist is responsible for:

• Acquiring and expanding share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactive lead management and referral generation.
• Developing ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI.
• Client experience and hospitality management.
• Working with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals.
• Creating client loyalty and growing client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience.
• Managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $52,500.00 – $87,500.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
