Management Company Accounting Analyst

A top global credit investment manager has an immediate opening for a Management Company Accounting Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior controllers and gain exposure to a large-scale private credit platform within a highly collaborative team. Job Description: Support controllers in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger Perform weekly cash and bank reconciliations Record expense accruals and analyze key account balances Assist in preparation of financial statements and work with external auditors Prepare regulatory filings for international entities Conduct forecasts and ad hoc financial analysis Enhance and automate reporting within the general ledger Review outstanding balances and coordinate with fund accounting teams Requirements / Qualifications: 1+ years of Big 4 experience (funds or banking clients) or management company accounting experience CPA or progress toward CPA preferred Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge Ability to analyze large data sets and support management reporting Strong attention to detail and communication skills Willingness to work in-office in NYC 4x per week #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Staffing
