Factory BakerThe Factory Baker is responsible for preparing, mixing, baking, and packaging products according to company recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has experience producing a variety of baked goods, including bagels, sweet treats, and gluten-free products.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and measure ingredients accurately by following standardized recipesMix, shape, proof, and bake products such as bagels, breads, pastries, and sweet baked goodsPrepare and bake gluten-free (GF) products while following proper allergen control proceduresOperate commercial baking equipment including mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheetersMonitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent product qualityFollow daily production schedules to meet output goals and deadlinesMaintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areasFollow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen control procedures at all timesProperly label finished products and ensure correct storage and handlingReport equipment issues, ingredient shortages, or product inconsistencies to supervisorsAssist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of products for shipment when neededComply with all company policies, safety regulations, and production standardsQualificationsPrevious experience in baking or food production preferredExperience making bagels, sweet baked goods, and gluten-free products strongly preferredKnowledge of gluten-free ingredient handling and cross-contamination prevention is a plusAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math skills (measuring, weighing, and portioning ingredients)Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or overtime if requiredStrong attention to detail, consistency, and qualityPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work in warm environments near ovens and baking equipmentRepetitive use of hands, arms, and wrists during mixing, shaping, and packagingWork EnvironmentFast-paced commercial production kitchenExposure to heat, flour dust, and food allergensRequires teamwork, communication, and adherence to strict food safety practices Kreation Organic Juice
