Night Auditor Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your attention to detail and customer service skills will ensure a smooth overnight operation. Key Responsibilities Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions Prepare and review daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy Monitor security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation Address guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area during shift Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or night audit preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional development, and a chance to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
