If you’re patient, reliable, and committed to safety, we want you on our team!** Pay & Benefits** - **$18.00–$19.00hr** - **$250 performance bonus** every two weeks* **Weekly pay** via direct deposit* **Health, Dental, Vision*** **401K*** PTO** What You’ll Do** - Safely operate a school van or paratransit vehicle - Assist students with mobility needs, including wheelchair support - Follow designated routes & schedules - Secure passengers using required safety equipment - Communicate with school staff, parents & supervisors - Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance needs - Always follow **zero‐tolerance** safety standards .** Requirements** - Valid driver’s license + **clean driving record (last 3 years)** - **Must be at least 21 years of age.**Patience, empathy & good communication - Pass criminal background check & Child Abuse History Clearance - Ability to meet district certification requirements.** Schedule** **Monday–Friday only — no nights, weekends, or major holidays** - **AM Shift:** 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM - **PM Shift:** 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM - **Split shift schedule (2 shifts/day)** - **30–40 hours/week**Beacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
