Construction Phase Manager, responsible for overseeing and improving Construction to Permanent lending operations, managing a team of Construction Loan Management Partners, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a full-time, salaried role. Key Responsibilities Oversee all Construction to Permanent loans from post-closing through completion and conversion Directly manage, train, and mentor Construction Loan Management Partners Ensure efficient management of construction pipelines and timely processing of draws Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of mortgage banking experience Minimum 5 years of Construction to Permanent lending experience Minimum 5 years of Encompass LOS experience Proven experience in leading and supervising operational teams No formal education requirement beyond relevant experience
