As a Shift Manager, you set the tone for the team, guide operations, and help deliver the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness we're known for. Your responsibilities may include: * Food Safety * Internal Communication * Inventory Management * Daily Maintenance & Cleanliness * Crew Management & Coaching * Quality Food Production * Exceptional Customer Service * Safety & Security Oversight * Scheduling Support * Training & Development You'll plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to uphold McDonald's standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff. You may also help your department meet its goals and targets. What We're Looking For We're seeking positive, dependable leaders who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
