Job Overview:

Pay Range: $67.41hr - $72.41hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 5-6+ years of experience in data operations or GTM engineering, ideally in a B2B or marketplace environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce or comparable CRM experience, including account structuring, deduplication, field mapping, and data cleanup.
• Strong instinct for data quality with the ability to navigate complex, imperfect data structures and fix inconsistencies.
• Experience designing or refining lead qualification criteria and SLAs.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing or evaluating third-party data vendors and enrichment tools.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write queries to validate data, investigate anomalies, or pull ad hoc analysis.
• Experience working with AI tools for building lightweight internal processes and engines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner directly with sales leadership.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build and document scalable workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Own lead and account data quality for the organization, ensuring prospects are accurate, deduplicated, and enriched.
• Lead the audit and cleanup of CRM data and handle escalations when prospects are missing or misrouted.
• Build qualification processes and SLAs to ensure field representatives trust assigned prospects.
• Manage data sourcing and deduplication to ensure leads entering the pipeline are accurate across all source systems.
• Set and refine standards for lead qualification and routing to ensure leads reach the correct representative.
• Maintain CRM and account data integrity by cleaning duplicate or broken records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for field escalations regarding data issues and fix underlying process problems.
• Identify and apply AI solutions where appropriate for data QA, enrichment, or anomaly detection.
• Proactively flag data gaps and propose solutions before they become escalations.
