Pharmacy Account Manager: Client Success & PBM Solutions

Aetna

Aetna in Jackson, MS is seeking an Account Manager to support our Pharmacy Account control team. You will serve as a consultative partner with customers and stakeholders, focusing on enrollment, plan changes, and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes superior customer service, accurate problem solving, and fast, reliable communication. Training includes 3–7 weeks of in-depth instruction across Medicaid, Medicare, and EGWP programs.
