SCO Family of Services in Brooklyn, NY is hiring a Nurse Home Visitor to join the NFP program. This full-time role requires an RN, an ability to manage a full caseload, and a commitment to serving at-risk families in the community. You will deliver culturally sensitive maternal and child health services, maintain fidelity to NFP guidelines, and follow agency policies and documentation practices to ensure high-quality care.
