You are leading the full product lifecycle, aligning solutions with customer needs and business growthobjectives. You are collaborating with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, finance, and operations to deliver impactful commercial outcomes. You areleveragingmarket insights, driving go-to-market strategies, and ensuring strong financial and operational performance of the product portfolio.As a Senior Product Manager, youareresponsible for:Defining and executing multi-year product strategy and roadmap for video borescope product lines.Developing deep customer and market insights to guide product decisions.Leading cross-functional product development initiatives.Driving commercialization and go-to-market execution, including product-marketfit, channel strategy, pricing, and commercial models.Owning product line financial performance and profitability.Managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and sustainment.Collaborating with sales, marketing, legal, finance, engineering, and operations teams to execute portfolio strategy.Monitoring product performance, analyzing data, andidentifyinggrowth opportunities.Establishing KPIs and governance frameworks to track and sustain improvements.Managing stakeholders and presenting to various organizational levels to ensure alignment with businessobjectives.Fueling your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have abachelor’sdegree from an accredited university or college (advanced degree preferred).Have5–10 years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical roles.Have proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Have strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using data for decision-making.Have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Haveexperience with CRM systems, operational data environments, and digital transformation initiatives.Have experience in industrial or inspection applications (preferred).Have experience in NDT (non-destructive testing) (preferred). The employer is unable to provide or continue work authorization sponsorship for this role.The annual pay scale for this position is between $136,000.00 - $252,540.00.Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
