Key Schedule Details:

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent operating room nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and supporting the surgical team
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields; monitor for breaks in aseptic technique
• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative care in accordance with facility protocols
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, and other staff to anticipate and respond to needs in real time
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and promptly
