Die Cutter Operator - Relocation Assistance Available
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Pay: $21.00–$27.00 / hour, based on relevant experience and work history
Paid Relocation: Available for qualified candidates
Shifts Available:
- 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (Monday–Wednesday)
- 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (Sunday–Tuesday)
- 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (Thursday–Saturday)
- 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (Wednesday–Friday)
Important: This is an experienced Sheetfed Die Cutter Operator position.
Previous sheetfed die-cutting machine operating experience is required.
Candidates without prior die-cutting experience will not be considered for this

Position Summary
Quad is seeking experienced Sheetfed Die Cutter Operators to join our
Spartanburg manufacturing team.
In this role, you will set up and operate sheetfed die-cutting equipment to
produce high-quality packaging products while ensuring safety, efficiency, and
accuracy throughout the production process. You'll work alongside an experienced
team using state-of-the-art equipment to deliver products for nationally
recognized brands.
Experience operating Bobst 106 die-cutting equipment is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience operating other Bobst or sheetfed die-cutting
machines are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate sheetfed die-cutting equipment.
- Verify job specifications, dies, paper stock, and production requirements
before each run.
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and
production efficiency.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Stage completed work according to production instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and PPE requirements.
- Cross-train and assist with training other operators as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating sheetfed die-cutting equipment is required.
- Experience operating Bobst 106 die cutters is highly preferred; candidates
with experience on other Bobst or sheetfed die-cutting equipment are
encouraged to apply.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to prioritize quality while working efficiently in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to accurately read measuring devices and perform basic math
calculations.
- Experience using hand tools.
- Ability to lift 10–15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and perform repetitive hand and wrist
movements.
