Reporting to the Region Manager, this role is the primary driver of ostomy sales and programs within strategic metropolitan cities. Sales focus and activities targeted to hospital market. The geography for the territory covers the San Francisco area, including San Jose, Oakland, Fresno, Tulare and Modesto. Candidates residing in this geography will be considered for the position. Responsibilities Meet or exceed sales targets which will be driven by key account closes and competitive conversion in the hospital market Possess and effectively communicate/utilize clinical and product knowledge Effective customer needs assessment and solution development Effective relationship management with key stakeholders within targeted accounts Contract implementation and effective penetration of key GPO awards Maintain and increase penetration in existing accounts and healthcare systems Effectively coordinate opportunities internally (Hollister) and externally (customers) Territory and account planning (Pre and post call planning) Complete all administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner Essential Functions of the Role Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, distributors, and retail partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Conduct in-service training and product demonstrations. Develop and execute territory-specific business plans. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Communicate effectively across internal teams and with external stakeholders. Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office to manage communications and reporting. Travel frequently within the assigned territory (30ÃÂÃÂ50%), including overnight and occasional weekend travel. Conduct on-site visits to healthcare facilities, retail locations, and customer offices. Adhere to company policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting. Education & Work Requirements Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience Education & Work Preferences At least3 years of outside sales experience in the medical industry Experience calling on the Hospital setting strongly desired Ability to travel 30% of time (including overnight travel) Must reside within assigned territory Ability to analyze sales reports and develop business plans Ability to create effective strategies to increase sales and meet sales forecasts within territory Possess professional communication skills Be Agile - Innovates and adapts quickly, approaching change with curiosity while persisting through obstacles. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the HollisterSales Incentive Plan.
